How much is the shipping?

✨ This depends on the weight and shipping location, you can make a purchase simulation by entering your data to obtain the shipping cost.

What is the delivery time?

✨ Local shipments are sent in 1-2 business days and national shipments between 3-5 business days. Since your shipment was confirmed. Your order is confirmed by email once your parts are ready. The preparation time for your pieces can take up to 3 weeks, since it is a 100% artisanal process.

What do I do if a product arrives damaged or broken?

✨ Don't worry, if your pieces arrived broken due to parcel handling, we will send you a replacement, you only need to report it to us within the first 24 hours after receiving your order with the following witnesses:

*Photograph of the outer packaging showing the entire box

*Photograph of the interior packaging, showing the entire box

*Photograph of the damaged piece

*Photographs showing signs of rape (in case of abduction)

With this information we will be able to speak with the supplier to coordinate the replacement of the product that arrived damaged at no cost.

Do you have refund?
